Many moons ago I started listening to the sounds outside through my microphone. The most fascinating ones were the birdsong. I also learned that if you slow them down, they sound like dinosaurs, or whales.
Also spectrograms are very cool.
I decided to finally make a video of the result and share it with the world :)
The source audio here isn't mine (I don't have a good mic at the moment), it comes from an Australian birdwatching group: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=alEXh6g5WSU
I slowed it down in Audacity, then made the visualization with FL Studio.
I recorded the visualization with ffmpeg. (Turns out my computer can handle that, I just needed `preset -ultrafast`... the more you know!)
