Show HN: Hair Glow Up – AI hair transformations with complete vibe templates

Hey HN! I'm a CPO with 25 years in tech, and I built Hair Glow Up to solve a surprisingly common problem: hair commitment anxiety.

My wife would spend hours looking at hairstyle inspiration but never actually make a change because "what if it looks terrible?" Existing apps just overlay a hair color, which doesn't really show you the full transformation.

Hair Glow Up uses AI to create 50+ complete "vibe" transformations - simultaneously changing hair color, cut length, style, and ambient lighting. So instead of just "here's you with blonde hair," you see "here's you with a layered blonde bob in warm studio lighting."

Each template is a curated aesthetic combining multiple visual elements. The biggest challenge was making transformations look natural enough that people actually share them on social media (and they do - it's optimized for TikTok content).

Built the iOS app with Xcode, managed everything on GitHub, and Claude Code helped me ship features significantly faster.
