Show HN: Call Scientists ICT Model Info–Consciousness–Time, Need Expert Feedback

I am working on a research framework called the ICT Model (Information–Consciousness–Time). It integrates ideas from information theory, temporal structure, statistical mechanics, and dynamical systems, offering a unified way to describe “temporal stability” in physical systems as well as in cognitive and neurophysiological processes associated with consciousness.

I’m preparing a research grant proposal and I need 1–2 short independent comments about:

• conceptual clarity • potential significance • possible directions for formalisation
