Hi HN, Philipp here.

For the last 25 years, I've been passionately building complex systems, mostly in isolation. This repo is my "showcase" of the architecture I've built for my main project – a complete SaaS ecosystem.

The code itself is closed-source, but this `README` details the full architecture: a multi-region, sharded Discord bot on Fly.io, a Next.js 15 dashboard with Stripe, and self-hosted LLMs (Llama) to keep costs down.

I'm posting this to finally share my work with a community that might appreciate the technical details. I'm happy to answer any questions about the architecture, sharding, self-hosting LLMs, or using Fly.io for this kind of setup.
