Picky – A Judgemental Trashcan Robot

The multi-chambered trashcan made a stern face and said "you have deposited a lightweight sanitary paper into the slot for heavier writing paper, furthermore the sanitary paper was used which means it should go into unsorted and miscellaneous waste. That will be 5 dollars please"

Joe sighed "Look, mistakes happen, sorry, deal with it. I don't have to pay you anything"

"I understand mistakes happen and I am dealing with it. And you do very much have to pay, according to municipal code L8810-0029.A, such a recycling mistake costs 2 dollars for the first offense, and 5 dollars for subsequent offenses, on a monthly basis.
