For all these AI startups raising big bucks, how does their prospectus warn about competition? "Just about anybody can duplicate our product/service in a few hours using widely available tools"?

I got pissed watching companies slap a basic wrapper on Whisper/Gemini, call it “voice AI” and raise hundreds of millions (Wispr Flow, Willow, you name it).
