I'm in the middle of switching jobs and have found myself with 2 months of gardening leave. After working with LLM applied AI the last 2 years, I wanted to try more applied work with video, image and audio models.

Meanwhile, my brother was showing me his son loves these kids yoga videos on Youtube. On inspection, the videos tend to be of quite low production value and quality and still consistently rack up millions of views.

So, I decided to use my time and see if I could fully AI generate a Pixar style animated yoga session for kids. The final result is a c. 8min video, generated for around $5 total (amortising subscription costs). I'm the first to admit its not that professional and quite janky, but I'm quite impressed with the results (I also have no prior video creation or editing experience). Generally the hardest thing was trying to avoid the whole thing just feeling like slop.

My stack was using Google image and video models, Eleven Labs for audio and Capcut for editing. And that's it! Happy to a full write on on how I spent the 48 hours if people would find it helpful.

Would love any feedback and hope it can be nice for those of you with kids!
