How can I reduce high levels of forever chemicals in my blood?

at this point anyone interested in reducing the impact of the bad things in our food needs to go radical, not raving radical, but quiet, determined, with a ready chearfull "no I dont eat that,thanks!" radical!, stick with the chearfull, and see who raves first! radical. sugar, gone, alcohol, gone, anything with more than 8 ingredients, gone, anything that needs a degree in chemistry to understand, gone, plastic does not touch food,cook every day, become food/personal care centric and fuck everything else, cheerfully!

Anything waterproof or grease-proof, or fire retardant can only do so because of forever chemicals.

Paper coffee cups, grease-proof paper for takeout or bbq. Children’s pajamas are required to be flame retardant. The only way that can be done is with forever chemicals.

Avoiding exposure to forever chemicals really can’t be done at the consumer level. It must be done at the government level. The science is clear that they cause organ failure and that they accumulate in our bodies at a rate far above safe levels. It’s madness that they haven’t been banned. The FDA approved a forever chemical based pesticide last week.

Sauna is really helpful for getting rid of them, also the usuals, use clothing made from natural materials, wool, cotton, linen, replace your teflon pans with stainless steel or cast iron, replace plastic utensils with wood or metal, replace your plastic food storage boxes with glass or metal, use a reverse osmosis water filter for your drinking water etc. Having them in your blood is bad but passing them to your children might be called negligence. I’m glad to see that the public awareness is increasing for this issue.
