How do you manage inbound customer communications across multiple channels?

I am very bad at this. If you're running a business or working at one with lots of customers reaching out across channels ... what system do you use? CRMs are hit or miss for me. I just keep a text file open with the stuff i need to follow up on when something does come in. But I lose context and can't prioritize right, or I just forget, then people get annoyed. There has to be a better way ... right?

Managing inbound communications can be challenging, but there are several strategies and tools that can help. One approach is to implement a ticketing system, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, which allows you to track and prioritize customer inquiries across multiple channels. You can also consider using a customer support platform that integrates with your CRM, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to streamline your workflow and reduce manual data entry.
