How are you and your team using AI?

I'm curious about how everyone is using AI lately. Is every team member using their own editor/CLI? Is there any sort of alignment across the team? Like using a shared memory bank for the whole project? What about rule files? Does the project have a main rules file, or does everyone just use their own private/local rules file? I really want to understand the nuances here, what works for you personally versus what works for the team. Is there an industry standard emerging yet? or do you think people are still trying to figure it out? I’m asking because it feels like in some workplaces/companies, it's treated like a forbidden topic (which is crazy).
