1. Nobody needs an app for this. People who engage in social intercourse are (likely) already rejecting people on a regular enough basis to feel bad about it.
2. The idea sounds really fun to people who enjoy being prejudiced over other people, and literal hell for anyone who is objectified for individual traits they express or possess. You are essentially describing the opposite of why people use dating apps and seek approval from their peers, which is not interesting to the majority of people.
This is an app for people who want to feel good about their social isolation.

If you need an app to feel good about your social isolation, then you're not actually socially isolating yourself. You are socializing as a way to alleviate your loneliness.

A site with fake profiles like https://thispersondoesnotexist.com/ with weird twists in the description may be a good joke site if someone decides to implement it. (And monetize it selling adds to real dating sites?)
