None. I dislike web-based software and try to avoid it, so it would take an unusual circumstance for me to be willing to pay for it.
Not all web-based software is bad. Windows Explorer's left-side menu bar was made in HTML for a while, and that was alright.

Fair enough, but a menu bar like that is also simple.
Not all web-based software is bad, this is true. But it struggles to be good, according to my personal tastes. I typically find it annoying, so I prefer native applications.
Some web-based software is actually good, too. Although I don't personally care much for it, I think GMail objectively counts as a good software experience. Also, to be fair, there are native applications that are awful.
