Ask HN: B2B SaaS founders: what are (or have been) your biggest bottlenecks?

i would flip this. im the founder of www.onboardly.tech helps with b2b saas customer onboarding and implementation at scale... when it was just b2b saas without the vertical everyone and their mom wanted a different flavor of the product. it was good for me to go from horizontal to vertical specific to avoid the pains and bottlenecks. so i'd try asking the same question but for horizontal b2b saas. good luck!
