Show HN: Neon Shower, a fun tool for animating light rays

Well, thanks! Yes, its based on WebGL. It's not going to be useful to most people out here, its mostly aimed at motion designers. I've been doing tools like this for a while, but lately I've been experimenting with more playful approaches like this one.
