The cookie popup blocks the "Submit" button. If you really don't serve ads etc., you wouldn't be setting cookies, and therefore wouldn't need a cookie popup.

The cookie banner is there because of the privacy policy. Since you play and submit your game, I collect that data from you. Thus, I need to let you know and link you to the privacy policy. There is a dismiss button on the banner, can be closed by clicking on it. I will modify it so that it does not bother the user when they play. Thank you for your feedback!
