I am not going to lie but for this agency to succeed, you need a lot of marketing muscle. Maybe narrow down to any one industry and do heavy sales.

in my opinion, you won't get clients if the website is vibecoded and all your "project examples" are vibecoded projects. Add some originality and spend time! Sorry if this sounds harsh, I am just giving some honest feedback. Have you gotten any clients?
