BuilderBase is hiring a Growth & Partnerships Lead (First US Hire)

What is BuilderBase? BuilderBase is an AI-native platform and marketplace for hackathons, innovation sprints, and accelerator-style builder programs. We work with accelerators, universities, corporates, and ecosystem leaders globally.

The team includes ex-VC partners, operators who’ve raised $70M+, and engineers from Sequoia- and YC-backed startups.

We already have US customers, are launching publicly in January, and have the entire month booked with back-to-back conversations with potential customers worldwide.

This is our first US hire and a key founding-team role.

What you’ll do

Own growth & partnerships end-to-end

Lead live conversations with US and global customers and partners

Run pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM

Turn GTM activity into scalable, automated systems

Work hands-on with AI tools and internal automations

You’ll be embedded in real customer activity from day one.

Who you are

US-based (or deep US market experience)

High-agency, execution-first, comfortable with ambiguity

Strong communicator, systems-oriented

Interested in AI-native companies and leverage through automation
