Founder Seeking Founding Engineer for Ehr and AI Healthcare Startup

I am a founder with deep, hands on experience inside hospitals and EHR workflows. I am building Watchtower Pulse, an AI driven system that lives inside Epic or Cerner and automates DME and discharge workflows. It reads the chart via SMART on FHIR, checks insurance rules, prepares complete referral packets, and routes them instantly to vendors.

This is a real problem I see daily in hospitals. Discharges are delayed because documentation is incomplete and insurance rules are confusing. Doctors do not memorize these rules and case management is overloaded. The MVP scope is intentionally tight and realistic.

I am looking for a senior or staff level founding engineer with strong backend and full stack experience. Healthcare, HIPAA, FHIR, or EHR experience is a plus but not required if you are excited to learn. This is a true zero to one build with real pilot conversations already happening.

Equity only at this stage. Founder level ownership. Remote friendly. US preferred.
