I think the most important point here is that companies who use AI in hiring are using it to hide the company culture from the potential employee. Maybe not purposefully, but they are creating an anti-human system where you are unable to see if you work well together until you have already committed something to the application whereas the company still has committed nothing since everything was handled with AI. And it makes you wonder, is the company's profit margins so slim that they have to optimize even hiring with AI? Why work at a company that cannot even afford to hire a human to do this job?
