The anarthrous [1] use of nouns ("blockchain", "quantum") that were previously used with articles implies they are in the euphoria stage, and that a bust and further work may be required to make significant progress. I'd love to see a cultural linguist look at the development of "quantum" from an adjective describing a sub-atomic state or some other noun to an anarthrous buzzword.
