This is going to sound retarded, but I'm going to ask anyways. Let's say if you're trying to build a video editor, this means you'll have a timeline component and have that canvas on top of it, so you can add shapes and text. Does it make sense to use WebAssembly? For example, search editing operations and undo stack. I want to try and make something professional-grade so you can have a shit ton of elements, and they should be able to render everything reliably.
The author is considering using WebAssembly to build a professional-grade video editor and is seeking input on its suitability for tasks like editing operations and undo stack management.
