I'd like to see some questions about whether people can identify the World Health Organization, the Food and Agriculture Organization, or the International Monetary Fund. For that matter I suspect that a majority wouldn't identify UNESCO and UNICEF as UN organizations without some prompting.
A lot of people seem to identify the UN with the Security Council, which does indeed suck. And it's not the only one to suck. But even so, I feel like a poll like this is more about the version of the UN that people see in movies, rather than anything at all about the organization.
