Interesting. What other product or service is this meant to replace? I’m trying to figure out if the interface is a replica of something.

Coming from the old days of BBS and VBulltin, discourse's design has always been something I cant get used to. I think the new Horizon is a lot better. ( Although Spacing and Scaling on my MacBook Pro still looks wired, I guess the desktop mode was designed with large screens in mind. )

Seems to be a bit faster as well. Although nothing compares to HN.
