Only thing I can add to the Murena-likes is iodéOS (iode.tech), a French de-Googled, LineageOS-based OS (distribution?). They have a very big range of phones that you can buy from them, old and somewhat newer. Their business model seems to be either subscription or pay once, for some devices, when you purchase them.
