It was pretty clearly NOT VR when released, but that didn't keep a lot of coverage talking about it like it is VR. The best use case I saw was sort of a augmented reality glasses where you could set a spot in your house where there was a timer, like in a kitchen over a pot and another timer elsewhere. That at least did something ...
But here with an NBA "court side" like experience we seem to be leaning into VR like experience.
Usually with Apple devices I already know what I would do with it, Vision Pro seems like a platform looking for a use case.
