The idea of it could work as a science fiction novel, if it weren't so plausibly true.
Anyone else recall the "sell it by zealot" guidance of the very early internet commercial push? It's deja vu all over again
Re: Uber ... this very aggressive growth company sold out its customers to facilitate adoption in urban areas. "let us do business in your city, and we'll supply our customer data to your police" kind of deal.
With some AI companies, the amount of personal data extracted from users is even greater. The same deals involving selling out users' privacy ?
The fact that privacy is so elusive now, alarms me. We need to think twice about what we search for, which browser to use, whether it's worth a trip to the library, etc. Not because I have anything to hide, but because the targeted ads on some topics are so nasty, even borderline abusive. Some forced me to avoid Chrome browser, for sure.

What a bunch of absolute losers, lmao.
investments and collaboration deals with realdoll, hiring gynaecologists and sex workers, a takeover attempt of top-k fleshlight manufacturers (and rebrands it as "OpenLegs"), partnership deals with pornhub, for the timestamps when people stopped streaming (because they came a little before, in order to mine anything thats hot or a kink).
The sex industry in the US is estimated at approximately 30B, this would only increase with lower prices (as automation could undercut an "untapped" fraction of phalluses at each price treshold).
Deals with fancy brands: your doll has a slightly lower chance of cooperating and spreading "her" legs if you didn't buy her the latest Prada, Gucci whatever.
The dolls would have to be just a tiny little less demanding than the average mate in flesh the customer has had intercourse with. They will seek the path of least resistance.
