For the whole two days I used Tahoe I didn't see any issues with "KeepingYouAwake", so you may want to try that. It's available in homebrew as a cask if I'm not mistaken

You haven’t needed external apps for that for over a decade, macOS ships with a `caffeinate` command-line tool. But I also just tried the Caffeine app on a test Tahoe machine, and it worked fine.
