Do Not Do Business with Kraken I've Had a Support Case Open for 15 Days

After 11 years my MtGox bankruptcy refund came through which is a small but nontrivial amount of money. My attempt to withdraw was put on hold and the support case has been open for 15 days, despite several attempts they have not responded to an email thread in 5 days and their other support method is an AI chat bot who helpfully closes the session repeatedly because I already have an email case open. (next step: SEC, attorney general, lawyer) A stock brokerage or bank pulling this would be absolutely stomped by regulators.
