Russia's Drones Have Created a Brand-New Form of Pollution

I don't understand why they need to use fiber to guide the drones instead of using frequency-hopping spread spectrum (which, incidentally, was invented in the 1940's by film star Hedi Lamarr).

This will be of no concern to Russia. If they prevail, the government will not care too much about the people who invade the territory.

For Ukraine, if they retain this land, they will care a lot about their own people.
