Sanctions works well only on stupid economies - every case that you can think of sanctions working is on countries that were not capitalist.

Nice to see Reuters acknowledge that the tariffs on India were actually just another means of sanctioning Russia. It’s been reported in a very misleading way where talking heads chide the administration for not increasing sanctions while also chiding the administration for the tarrifs on the Modi regime.
