I am learning Russian and Spanish and always found Anki + other flashcard / spaced rep systems boring. I tried to improve on this by building Relyc. It keeps track of words you have been exposed to, and keeps an internal score for each word. When you "study" on Relyc, it selects words you are learning via a spaced repetition algorithm and plugs them into an LLM for content generation. So you study the same words, but rather than flashcards, you get tailor-made content for you. I've had mixed opinions so far, would love to hear some thoughts. Thanks!
