Anyway, this sounds like something mostly for outsourcing or for large corps? For small businesses like ours, that's basically how we roll. Which is very effective, so stands to reason it should help larger orgs too. Been in too many customer meetings where there's just so many separate parties on the other side, and nobody takes responsibility.
