Seems to be a repetition of "LLMs are plateauing" which IMO is simply a self-induced blindspot that's typical to echo chambers and the more "religious" engineering culture in particular (e.g. liking a language, framework or paradigm too much).

Som of the posts referenced is actually interesting, however.
