there are no fixes, in the dark or otherwise, as it is very possible for coming years to sometimes have NO usefull rain or snow to fill the rivers.
here in Nova Scotia, always a green, soggy, foggy, rainy cool place we are haveing a 4 month run of supper dry, hot, cloud free weather, totaly off the charts, and I used to watch the western climate changes with some concern and alloof interest, but not so much right now.
