Send a message from my website directly to my receipt printer in San Diego, California.
Built using Cursor, a Raspberry Pi 4B, a generic thermal receipt printer, Convex database, and frontend deployed via Netlify.
Also some help from ChatGPT haha.
It was a really fun build, and my first project like it!
I’ve already received over 700 (mostly incredibly kind) messages from all around the world. It’s been amazing, and I can’t stop thinking of all the fun projects I could build in the future.
