Performance Issues
Load testing sucks. Nothing’s been rolled out internally for months because every test cycle turns into a full-blown ordeal. Half the team hates maintaining scripts that break every deploy, the other half is too scared to touch them.
We even fired our QA team thinking we’d automate the whole thing, and somehow it’s worse. Now we’re rolling back a regional service because of performance issues we didn’t even know existed.
Please, who has answers?
The author is frustrated with their company's load testing process, which has become a significant obstacle to deployment, and is seeking advice from others who may have experienced similar issues.
