Seems Let's Encrypt also have control of https://letsdecrypt.org.

It takes you to https://www.nsa.gov rather than Let's Encrypt home.

Conspiracy? I think not, but others might.

It could be they have my sense of humor. I have redirected many domains and URL's in the past to assorted three letter agencies.
