Possibly. I've used HelloTalk, a free language exchange, and Italki, 1-on-1 paid tutoring where users can sign up as a student or a teacher. With the latter, you get what you pay for and can talk with qualified teachers for more money, or unqualified for less.

The key differences between our platform and Italki are: 1) We focus specifically on Korean experts, and 2) We plan to match users with experts in all kinds of Korean fields, not just language — including K-pop, dance, travel, culture, Korean job consulting, and more. (If you have any suggestions for other fields that might be interesting, I’d really appreciate your ideas!)
