Holy cow.
The ad showed a white person while the narrative asked something along the lines of: "Are you tired of paying higher and higher electricity bills" while showing a wallet or money leaving the person's hands.
Then it prints on the screen: "While others are always receiving sh?t" while showing black arms and hands receiving dollar bills.
And when I saw the subsequent trailer for the show, it was clear the ad was very targeted. The audience for this show is clearly young men - and with the very clearly racist message, I'm going to guess the stats show the audience to be overwhelmingly white.
I'm a 73 yo while male and I can't wrap my head around the fact that 2025 may very well be the most overtly racist year I have ever experienced.
