1 replyThat is insane. LOL. I forgot how hard it is to read data off tape. Its good that people are reconstructing what it was like back then because it helps us think about how we are designing technology in the present. Plus with everyone doing the AI craze. its good people I still using their brains.

Its not hard with some prior research. Magnetic media stores flux transitions, flips = digital, not analog signals so no adc/dac like here.
