Both sides have an awful experience. Today was the first time a company came back and explained why they aren't going further (apart from the "we're looking for someone with more experience", which in some situations makes no sense).
But even then, the reason they denied was "We're looking for someone with 3+ years of node experience".
Well, I have 2.5 years. Am I now too dumb to work? Nonetheless it's their call
