How Do I Delegate When I Can Do It Faster Myself?

The realization I had was that while I could do things faster myself, there was a limit to how much I could do as one person.

The work I did after this was about finding ways to make everyone else on the team better and more productive. The code I wrote was for little internal utilities to reduce friction with the tools, reports to surface information that would be useful to the team, documents to help with knowledge transfer, and other such things. I handled the majority of the administrative overhead, so they didn’t have to waste anymore time on it than necessary.
