I used to make normal libraries - the hype quickly disappeared. And here I made something in 20 minutes, without fanaticism, and got 21 upvotes HN sometimes really works randomly.

Also what creators like and audiences like is not the same. In posting photographs to social I get the most votes on flower photos and less on the sports photos which I find a lot more challenging and interesting. As a result I've put a lot of interest in improving my flower photos, but still I find people on Instagram are more likely to vote up "classic" Instagrammy flower photos where a flower fills a square frame as opposed to the ones that I think are interesting that combine flowers with interesting backgrounds, see
