Hard Has It Been for People to Request Their Medical Records

We're trying to build a tech solution that helps people request their medical records and know that another YC company is already working in this space. That said, it's coming from a personal reason, and we could use this service ourselves. What would y'all want to pay for when it comes to requesting said records though? Would you pay just to get them in the first place? Any recommendations on potential customer profiles for us?
