Google's Proposed Android Changes Won't Save Sideloading

Sadly, that's a thing I literally could not care less about. The gimping of sideloading, though, I care deeply about. Google's proposed changes are basically the same as removing it in terms of its usefulness to a large part of the hobbyist community.
