This kind of thing is a sad example of why we need policies before we involve others.
I didn't lose as much as Ellen did, but I involved a good friend I'd known and trusted over 2 decades in a business deal once and it blew up in ways I could have never imagined. You really never know what is going to happen when you give someone else power.
