1 replyOn the one hand I'm going to do what makes me feel good and not what makes me feel bad, and Gluten makes me feel bad so I have no qualms about not eating it. I also though think there's a funny irony that like Gluten gets daemonized outside of sensitivity, and it probably shouldn't get daemonized the way that it does, but the irony is that carbs make me feel bad too, and are probably mostly bad the way we consume them. So it's not like I think Gluten is good, and gluten free carbs are probably equally bad or worse than glutenful carbs.

I think is all down to how healthy the intestines are. As the health decreases, you become sensible to all kinds of foods that you had no problem with before.
