Federal Court Says Virginia Can't Stop Counselor From Helping Patients

This one is particularly interesting because the court held that there was no "rational basis" for the law's classification of people who were barred from holding a direct care position in a state-licensed addiction treatment facility. In constitutional cases that's the lowest standard of review that usually guarantees that the state will win.
