The ones in the Russian MOD video are clearly F-16 decoys - you can see the iconic scoop underneath the fairing. I suspect most native Ukrainians would know the MiGs and Sukhois apart from the empennage alone, Russia doesn't exactly have any single-engine fighers with a single vertical stabilizer. It might get mistaken for a Su-24 but I'm not sure what else.
