AFAIK, nobody has figured that out currently, and… considering it's vaguely related to the "purpose of life" question (why do humans want anything?¹), I don't see how making an artifice of it is achievable in the short run.
¹ please don't give in to the temptation to post an answer. The topic is as old as philosophy.
